The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate in respect of her missing original land document. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has sent her complaint through online on 17.06.2023 and she did not appear before the respondent police and to co-operate for the enquiry. Therefore, the respondent police were not in a position to proceed further with the complaint and closed the same on 30.06.2023. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
