ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The petitioner/hotel is functioning in Sivakasi. When the pandemic was at its peak, pursuant to the demand made by the respondents, the petitioner/hotel was made available to provide both accommodation and food to the medical personnel from 12.05.2021 to 30.06.2021. However, the bills have not been settled till date. That led to the filing of the writ petition. 3.It is unfortunate that the claims of the writ petitioner have not been settled till date. The third respondent is directed to pay the petition mentioned amount to the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
