ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4385 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2226 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 30 days. In this case, charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4385 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2226 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
