ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2022.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the enquiry report conducted by the second respondent. In which, it is stated that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2022, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent Police and the Police found that there is a civil dispute between the parties. In this connection a civil suit in O.S.No.64 of 2022 is filed and pending before the District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli and both parties agreed to settle their issue between them. Hence, the representation of the petitioner was closed.
