Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. All that the petitioner seeks is speedy disposal of the trial in C.C.No.240 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. The case is already four years old. Trial has also commenced.
3.Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
