Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9107 of 2021 dated 19.07.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the political pressure, the police officials are trying to implicate the petitioner in a false case. Therefore, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, extension of time may be granted for producing sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 19.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9107 of 2021.
