O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2017.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed some amount from one Vaikai Pandi by giving

three R.C books of the autos and subsequently, the petitioner has repaid the said loan, but the said Vaikai Pandi had taken away the petitioner's three autos. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent, but the third respondent, without registering the case, has left the matter. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 18.09.2017 to the first respondent to take action against the third respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that then Inspector of Police, Theni has enquired the matter and found that the dispute is with regard to money transactions and hence, he closed the said complaint.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
