2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.
