2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the petitioner has been appointed to the post of Anganwadi Helper at No.3, Jothipuram, Kalugarkadai, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

3.In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
