ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for Madurai corporation submitted that the petitioner's drinking water connection was unauthorizedly sealed by some third party. 2.The petitioner can very well unseal the same. Since there has been impersonation of corporation staff, the Madurai corporation is directed to lodge complaint before the third respondent. As and when such a complaint is received, the third respondent shall register a case and take action as per law. 3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
