ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A) and 506(i), in Crime No. Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Court, by order dated 01.09.2021, referred the matter to the Social Welfare Committee to conduct enquiry and file a report.
