This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.645 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai on 06.11.2020 and it has not been taken on file so far.

3.Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to process the final report as per rule and after the process is over, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
