The present writ petition has been filed challenging the refusal check slip issued by the second respondent herein wherein the second respondent has undertaken an unnecessary exercise of going into the title of the property. 2.Since the second respondent has no jurisdiction at all to consider the said issue, the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside and the second respondent is directed to register the document, if it is otherwise in order. 3.The writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
