2.The interlocutory application is filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 and Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code and temporary injunction was granted. However, the present stage of the Suit is the trial has commenced and the case is posted for defendant side evidence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere. However, the Trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
