This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 24.04.2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.256 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court and hence he prayed to relax the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.There is no reason to relax the conditions. This is the case, where there is a communal tension in the locality and also remaining main accused is not invariable and hence this Court is not inclined to entertain at this stage. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
