ORDER

This Petition has been filed under Section 483(i)(b) r/w 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to modify the condition imposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur/Vacation Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.No.45 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025 directing the petitioners to report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 15 days.

2. Heard Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Aasha, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur/ Vacation Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.No.45 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate once in a week, until further orders. To that effect, this petition is ordered.
