This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court in Crime No.343 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is going on and that the respondent will be able to file the final report within 3-months.
