ORDER

Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, by consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the land in Survey No.46 of Pidarikkadu Village, is classified as Government Poramboke after the Natham settlement. According to the petitioner, no allotment of house site was made in respect of the said land to any person. Hence, the petitioner has made an application before the second respondent seeking for assignment of house site patta in the year 2012. Subsequently, it was found that certain wrong entries were made in the Revenue Register and hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 28.06.2016 to the first respondent to rectify the said wrong entries. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No Costs.
