ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for restraining the first respondent from harassing the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that Crime No.616 of 2020 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 109, 341, 323 and 506(2) of IPC against the petitioner on the file of the first respondent. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to apply for appropriate relief before the concerned Court. Leaving open the petitioner's rights, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
