To call for the records of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur at Pattukottai in C.A.No.157 of 2019 by judgment dated 22.09.2022 confirming the conviction and sentence of imposed by the learned District Munsif cum the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu in C.C.No. 75/2011 by the Judgment dated 25.11.2019 and set aside the judgments of the courts below and acquit the petitioner Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15482 of 2022 in Crl.RC(MD) No.1233 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.8247 of 2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
