ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.A.M.Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar , Government Advocate (Crl.side )for the 1st and 2nd Respondents this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8689 of 2023, dated 11.05.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
