ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondent herein to grant permission to conduct the Aadal Paadal dance program on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 in Sri Maha Kaliamman Kovil situated at Idaiyankulam Village, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 and 19.05.2025.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondents on 16.04.2025 and 19.05.2025 seeking permission to conduct Aadal Paadal dance program on 29.05.2025 in Sri Maha Kaliamman Kovil situated at Idaiyankulam Village, Virudhunagar District. Since the said representations were not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 26.05.2025.
