ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order, dated 09.04.2021 made in I.A.No.78 of 2020 in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur, dismissing the petition filed under Order 13 Rule 3 C.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled and on that basis, the suit was ordered to be dismissed as settled in Lok Adalat.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would also fairly concede the same.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.10.2023 das 2/4
