ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 herein to upload the order pertaining to the restoration of the revenue records.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relies upon the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 07.10.2024 wherein a direction has been issued to the concerned Tahsildar to cancel the mutation and restore the patta before the mutations were effected.
3. Now the grievance of the writ petitioner is that though this order was passed around eight months back, yet the uploading has not been done by the respondents 4 & 5. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the 12th respondent herein submitted that the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer does not relate to the properties which are mentioned in the prayer of the writ petition and further, he submits that if the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer is being complied with by the respondents 4 & 5, he may not have any objection whatsoever. This submission is recorded.
5. In view of the above said facts, the respondents 4 & 5 herein are directed to comply with the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 4/7
07.10.2024 and upload the order pertaining to the restoration of the revenue records. The said exercise shall be completed on or before 30.06.2025. Till mutations are effected in the name of the writ petitioner pursuant to the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 07.10.2024, the respondents 7 to 9 herein are directed not to register any document without obtaining No Objection Certificate from the writ petitioner.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
