O R D E R

Heard Mr.M.Ajmal Khan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Secondary Grade Assistant with effect from the date of initial appointment in pursuant to the appointment order issued by the then Administrator of the TELC vide proceedings of the Judge Administrator TELC dated 26.08.2017 with all other monetary and service benefits.

The simple claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been appointed in the eighth respondent School as a Secondary Grade Teacher on 26.08.2017 through the proceedings of the Judge Administrator, who was administering the School during the relevant point of time. It is claimed by the petitioner that the proposal has been sent by the sixth respondent as early as on 20.12.2018 to the fifth respondent seeking for 3/6

approval of the petitioner's appointment. But, the same has not been considered so far.

4. However, Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5, submitted that no such proposal has every been received by the official respondents so far.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directed the sixth respondent to resubmit the proposal afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the official respondents shall consider and pass orders within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
