2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for more than 30 days.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7079 of 2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation.
