This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second Respondent to implement the order passed by the first Respondent in a Patta proceedings in Na.Ka.6953/14 dated 24.05.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, fairly submits that the order dated 09.08.2017, passed by the Tahsildar / second respondent would be complied with, within a period of four weeks.
