Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3, 4 and 5 to survey the Parasurampatti Kanmoi admeasuring to an extent of 14.52 Hectares in Survey No.2, situated in Ward No.26 of the second respondent Corporation in Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and demarcate the four boundaries of the Kanmoi by planting survey stones around the boundaries so as to ensure and maintain the Kanmoi free from any future encroachment and facilitating for storing of water to raise the ground water level by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2016.
