ORDER
The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.162 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.03.2024. Therefore, he moved an application before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, seeking bail. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, by order dated 06.06.2024, granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that he has to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and one surety shall be the blood relative of the petitioner and other one shall produce valuation certificate issued by the Revenue Official not below the Rank of Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification of the above condition.
2. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order dated 2/5
06.06.2024, passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.527 of 2024. However, considering the fact that the petitioner could not come out on bail, even after the grant of bail by the Sessions Court on 06.06.2024, this Court is inclined to modify the above condition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition-(i) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.527 of 2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties and the same shall be the blood relatives of the petitioner, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and also file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police that he will co-operate for the investigation.
