ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Village Assistant at Enathi Revenue Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's application, dated 07.09.2017 and 12.09.2017.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.V.P.Rajan,learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the third respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations, dated 07.09.2017 and 12.09.2017.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the Petitioner will be considered as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the Petitioner, dated 07.09.2017 and 12.09.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
