Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the selection process for the post of Anganwadi Worker of Vengateshwarapuram Primary Health Centre, Vengateshwarapuram, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District as per the guidelines framed by the first respondent.

ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the selection process for the post of Anganwadi Worker of Vengateshwarapuram Primary Health Centre, Vengateshwarapuram, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District as per the guidelines framed by the first respondent. 2.Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.M.Saravanan,learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner participated in the interview conducted for selection of Anganwadi Worker of Vengateshwarapuram Primary Health Centre, Vengateshwarapuram, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District. But, so far the result was not declared. Hence the Petitioner sent a representation in this regard on 25.09.2017. Since no order was passed till date, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered as per law.
6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 25.09.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
