No. 72 of 2014 and to pass final orders in

the same within the reasonable period, that may be stipulated by this Honourable High Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon the letter received from the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai in D.No.8674/2023 dated 5/12/23, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

2. By an order dated 11.01.2023, this Court directed the Court below to expedite the Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.66 of 2015 in O.S.No.72 of 2014 and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.8674/2023 dated 05.12.2023 with a request of six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 11.01.2023 made in C.R.P(MD)No.1416 of 2022.
