Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant permission for removal of soil and rocks from the petitioner's land in S.No.375/29, Kiliyur "A" Village , Kiliyur Taluk, Kanyakumari District, admeasuring 6 cents based on the application of the petitioner dated 12.06.2024 submitted through proper channel to the 4th respondent and recommendation of the report VAO dated 21.09.2021.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to grant permission for removal of Soil and Rocks based upon the petitioner's application.

2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the fourth respondent has forwarded the application of the writ petitioner to the first respondent and the first respondent has to pass orders. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to pass order within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
