(This petition was heard through Video Conferencing) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2020 and refuse to provide Electricity Connection in S.No.550/4 in Kottaipatti Village, Dindigul Taluk, to the 3rd respondent within a time frame to be prescribed by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.15671 of 2020 3.Ms.M.Rajeshwari, learned Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as on date, no application has been submitted by the third respondent seeking for electricity service connection for the aforementioned property. She has also submitted, on instructions, that as and when the third respondent submits his application seeking for electricity service connection for the aforementioned property, the petitioner will be heard and his objection considered and only thereafter, the respondents 1 and 2 will decide as to whether the 3rd respondent is entitled for electricity service connection or not.
