Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant an extension of 90 days time to carry out the work order of breaking and removing hazardous rock formations situated in the rear portion of the school premises in Survey No.A9/2, 1A1B and A9/5 in Kuzhithurai Town, Kanyakumari District, to facilitate the construction of classrooms and playground which permission was earlier granted by the 1st respondent in his proceedings dated 23.06.2021, in Na.Ka.No.150/PuMaSu/2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2024.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to grant permission for removal of Soil and Rocks based upon the petitioner's application.

2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the fourth respondent has forwarded the application of the writ petitioner to the first respondent and the first respondent has to pass orders. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to pass order within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
