As per order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.187 of 2018, H.M.O.P.No.225 of 2017 was withdraw from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and taken on file by this Court and renumbered as Civil Miscellaneous Petition(MD).No.11490 of 2018.

Decree:

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on Thursday, the Twentieth day of September, Two Thousand and Eighteen, upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Ramachandran, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Satheeshkumar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent and considering the Memorandum of Compromise dated 20.09.2018 filed by both parties along with their counsel, this court doth Order and Decree as follows:-

1. that in view of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 20.09.2018 filed by both parties along with their counsel, the marriage solemnized between the petitioner and the respondent on 04.06.2015 at ABC Mohaideen Mahal, Ramanathapuram, D Block, Ramanathapuram be and hereby is dissolved; and
