This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair order and decreetal order, dated 13.12.2019 made in I.A.No.458 of 2019 in O.S.No.272 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, by the order dated 15.11.2024, this Court passed an conditional order upon the 1/3

petitioner, to pay the entire decree amount in five equal monthly installments, starting the first installment on or before 09.12.2024. But, the petitioner did not turn up.

3.Therefore, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for default. No costs.
