ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an accused in a criminal case seeking a Writ of Mandamus as against the second respondent herein to consider his representation dated 18.02.2025 wherein he made a request for change of the prosecutor.

2.Considering the fact that the request of the petitioner is pending before the second respondent from 18.02.2025 onwards, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the said request on merits and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of.
