The revision petition has been filed against the order passed in E.A.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town in E.P.No.215 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town in RCOP.No.18 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town. 2.The petitioner has filed the present revision petition questioning the order passed by the learned Judge under Order 21 Rule 99 read with Section 144 CPC. Any order passed under Order 21 Rule 99 CPC, is an appealable order under Order 21 Rule 103 CPC and therefore, the course available to the petitioner is only to file appeal under the above provision.
