W.P.(MD)No.14843 of 2020 2.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition itself indicates that there is a dispute over the title of the property. It is the contention of the petitioner in the affidavit that her husband's sisters have sold the property to third parties, who are causing trouble to her. When there is a civil dispute and the suit in this regard is already pending in O.S.No.96 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, without assigning any rights, no blanket directions could be issued. 3.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
