This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members by consider the representation dated 30/06/2022, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on previous occasion, based on a complaint enquiry has been conducted and the matter has been settled between the parties. Now again on 30.06.2022, the petitioner has given a representation and it is pending for enquiry. 3.Recorded the said submissions. In view of the above, the third respondent Police is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4
