ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused no.5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.11.2022, for the offences under sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.303 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 1.100kgs of mushroom which comes under Narcotics Substance. Hence, the case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record, including the First Information Report.

4. This is the fourth application for bail and the earlier applications for bail were dismissed by this Court by orders dated 06.03.2023, 21.03.2023, 18.04.2023 respectively and there is no change in circumstances to consider the present bail application. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
