Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18691 of 2018, dated 16.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent police submitted that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.237 of 2018.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18691 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on all hearing dates.
