ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limbs on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.05.2023 within the stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the previous year with regard to giving first honor, the petitioner has filed W.P(MD).No.11770 of 2022 before this Court and obtained a favourable order. When he tried to enter into the temple, he was assaulted by the some persons, over which, he made the above said complaint. Similarly, subsequent occurrence also be happened and hence, gave a complaint, now, the enquiry is pending. In spite of repeated occurrence, no proper action was taken by the respondents police.

3. Let the representation made by the petitioner be considered by the respondents police on its own merits, by summoning petitioner as 2/4

well as the counter parties, after ascertaining the ground of life threat to the petitioner from the private parties, within a week from the date of appearance of the parties. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the enquiry, he will work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
