... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7822 of 2018 dated 16/05/2018 on the file of this Honoruable Court and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.M.IQBAL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7822 of 2018 on 16.05.2018. 2.The petitioners have been citing one reason or other by filing petitions for modification and extension of time, so far have not complied with the condition granted by this Court for appearing before the respondent. In respect of the order passed on 22.10.2018, the petitioners had appeared before the respondent on only one day. Thereafter they had filed this modification petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the appearance of the petitioners are necessary for further progress of the case and due to the non co-operation of the petitioners, they could not proceed further.

4.Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. The petitioners are directed to stay at Trichy and appear before the respondent daily for a period of one week from 10.12.2018 to 17.12.2018. Thereafter they shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This period for their appearance has been fixed after getting the concurrent from the counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, if the conditions are not complied with by the petitioners, the respondent police is directed to proceed against them in accordance with law. This petition is dismissed with the above directions.
