COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders issued by the second respondent dated 21.09.2017 in so far as package in respect of SCPAR 01/2017-2018 and package in SCPAR 02/2017-2018, SCPAR 03/2017-2018 and package in SCPAR 04/2017 and SCPAR 06/2017-2018 in W.P.[MD]Nos.18325 to 18327 of 2017, respectively under SCPAR scheme 2016-2017 and consequential proceedings of the second respondent dated 06.10.2017 made in 600/JDO/2016 and quash the same and consequently set aside the Award of contract in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents in W.P.[MD] Nos.18325 & 18326 of 2017 and in favour of fifth respondent in W.P. [MD]No.

18327 of 2017 and to take appropriate action against the officials who have illegally awarded the contract in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents in W.P.[MD]Nos.18325 & 18326 of 2017 and fifth respondent in W.P.[MD]No.18327 of 2017 in accordance with law. [Prayers amended vide orders of this Court dated 11.12.2017 in W.M.P.[MD]Nos.18932 & 18929 of 2017 in W.P.[MD]Nos.18325 & 18326 of 2017 and by order dated 30.11.2017 in W.M.P.[MD]No.18373 of 2017 in W.P.[MD]No.18327 of 2017].
