ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of petition in AROP.No. 57 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Trichy, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner's deceased mother has filed Arbitration Case No.75 of 2012, before the Arbitrator / District Collector, Trichy, under the National Highways Authority Act for enhancement of compensation and the same was dismissed on 22.05.2018. Aggrieved by the said Award, the petitioner has filed AROP.No.57 of 2019, before the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy and the same is adjourned periodically for the past 2 1⁄2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No. 1217 of 2021 years for filing counter. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the said case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, to dispose of the AROP.No. 57 of 2019, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
