Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice/order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings No. Nil dated 01.10.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to issue assignment patta to the petitioners agricultural land in Survey No.91, at Kirugankkottai Group Manamadurai Taluk Sivagangai District, to an extent of 1 acre and 37 cents based on the petitioners representation dated 06.10.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court
