This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Advertisement for Recruitment published by the State Institute of Hotel 2/6

Management and Catering Technology, Thuvakudi, Trichy, in Employment News, dated 13.05.2022, quash the appointment process as shown in the impugned Advertisement, Consequently to direct the second respondent to restart the process of appointment by following the reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the advertisement for the post of Senior Lecturers, Lecturer-cum-Instructors, Assistant Lecturers and Teaching Associates published in Employment News, dated 7-13.05.2022 and published in the Institute's web-site is cancelled, for technical reasons.

3. When the very advertisement for want of aforesaid teaching professional is cancelled vide Public Notice, dated 13.07.2022, this Court is of the view that nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
