Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for all connected record pertaining to passing the impugned order dated 18-01-2010 in Na.Ka.No. jdp/kfit/f/jmNghf/kJ/jpyp10, passed by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and consequently driect the Respondents to sanction petition to the petitioner by calculating the period from 08-03-2000 to 01-02-2003 as spend on duty by invoking Sec.47 of disability Act and to pay the all arrears of salary for the said period.
